according to the location you gave C: = C drive


Windows = Windows folder / Downloaded program files = Downloaded program files folder / Popup.html should be located in the Downloaded program files folder, that is inside the windows folder that is inside the c drive





inside any folder you can fix it so that you can view all hidden files by going to the top where it says view, go to folder options, click on the tab that says view. locate where it says hidden files, click show all, and click ok, then you should be able to locate the file you are looking for.
