Using your own C code, open the file, and then print it as string, i.e %s and there you go. I can give you the program, but not C, in C#. If you still need it, send me an email ;)
Reply:Actually, you already have that program: it's called notepad. Don't believe me? Open any binary file in notepad, voila, and ascii version of the binary file's contents.
