The file C_10021.NLS is missing in my system, is it possible to download it from somewhere?
If you have the Windows CD, you can copy it from the Windows CD to your local drive. Althoguh it's not the same file (The article is about C_1252.nls), i guess you can also apply it for the C_10021.NLS.
