What's this file: C:\sysfldr.reg? Can I delete it?
That is NOT your registry as some have suggested.

.reg files are registry backups. You either ran a registry cleaner at some point or some program that you installed or uninstalled may have created it. It could also be a trojan that was installed, hoping you'd find it and click on it to install the keys into your registry.

It is safe to delete this file.
Reply:sysfldr.reg is a malware. It is too early to comment on it either good or bad.

I would suggest you to create a Restore point on the computer manually and then delete the file.Restart your computer to see whether everything is working fine or not.

If something goes wrong you can go to system restore and restore your system back.

Reply:I'd usually steer clear of files with 'sys' in them unless you really know what your doing.
