i have this file pop up as missing all the time so i am looking for it so i can dl it . if any1 knows a free site that has this particular file id appreciate the help in getting it to dl for my pc , tyvm for anything that will help me in this delema.

I'm gonna guess that that's probably a virus that didnt get it self fully installed. That file name isnt anywhere that I could find on the internet.
