Something that is in your temp files isn't really anything to worry about. Just Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, under the General tab click Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History. When you go to click on the Delete files one make sure you have the Delete all offline box checked. That will clear out your windows temp file. You can do this once a week and alot of times your Internet Explorer will run a little faster too.
Reply:This fiel name is a temperory file that is needed to execute prgroamms.It is generally installed when you run som programm or install software on the computer.Even though you might have removed the programm some of the software leave there files in the temp folder so that the next time you install that software that code can recognize that your computer earlier was running that programm.These kind of tactis are used in software that run on trial or 10-30 trail version .
