Where is this file :C/Documents and Settings/(my user name)/!?

I can see the file being searched by windows defender and if I delete the user I can see the file and its contents being deleted into the recycling bin. But if I go to documents and settings and then my user, there is no ! file anywhere

Where is this file :C/Documents and Settings/(my user name)/!?
It's not a file, it's a folder.
