Why a temporary Internet file in C:\\ blocks all my email attachments for past three weeks? How I remove it?

I want to get rid of an Internet Temporary File in my C:\\ drive that has been recently blocking assessing my emails attachments on my PC. It is most annoying. How could I afford to get rid of this nuisance asap please?

I would go to your Internet options in the tools menu and click on delete files in the temporary Internet files section.
Reply:Two ways go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/ TEMP FILES AND DELETE FOLDERS. or Download free software called ccleaner and click on boxes and run software.
Reply:Yep, I'd go along withDude boy on this one. 'Start'%26gt; 'Control panel'%26gt;'Network and internet connections'%26gt; 'Internet Options'%26gt; Under temporary internet files click 'Delete'. And that should do it.
Reply:first start ending the process associated with it from task manager!then delete it!


p.s.write the name of the file! it may be important sys file???
