I am traing to open C drive of my pc by clicking twoice on it but above massage apears

go into start run then go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentV...

Or go to run%26gt; type msconfig and remove makrider from startup ..
Reply:it's a script virus that is passed by USB drives. It may have been removed by your virus scanner but still in your cache...
Reply:Maskrider is worm related, the worm needs to be removed from your computer asap.
