Reply:It is caused by a screw up in Internet Explorer 7.
Right click and quit Yahoo Messenger in the system tray.
Open IE7
Tools-Internet options- Advanced (tab)- Reset (button)
This will return IE7 to its original state.
Close the browser
Start Yahoo! Messenger
It should work! Report It
