Reply:Most likely, you have a virus and it has corrupted your system and/or malicously deleted a key windows operation. My suggestion is to recover what you can (if anything) and save it to an external hard drive. throw out your internal hard drive that is associated as the "C:\" drive and buy a new internal hard drive (possibly one with more memory) and a new "windows" operating system. Have your local computer place install the operating system. Once you have your computer back, load up an Antivirus program and then load your recovered programs/documents back on to your computer.





Either that or buy a brand new computer
